HBCU Pathways is an initiative of the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce designed to guide students toward higher education opportunities at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Our program provides mentorship, resources, and workshops to prepare students for success in college and beyond.

WHY JOIN THE BCBCC?

  • WE PROVIDE DIGITAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSISTANCE
    We help our members leverage various online platforms and technologies to promote products, services, or brands. This encompasses a range of strategies like social media marketing, content creation, and simple web design.
  • WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES
    We provide avenues for African-American, women owned, and BIPOC small businesses to learn of resources in our community and state.
  • WE PROVIDE BUSINESS FACILITATION
    The BCBCC is the facilitator between public and private entities looking to expand their participation with disadvantaged business enterprises.
  • WE HELP WITH ACCESS TO CAPITAL
    We are a certified Micro Lender/CDFI entity providing loans for start-ups and business expansions.
  • WE HELP WITH NETWORKING AND REFERRALS
    We work to create networking and referral opportunities among member businesses, existing businesses and the greater Beaufort County business community.
